Hello!
My name is Satya (29), I am a graphic designer and 3D artist living and working in Jakarta Indonesia. I’m also a video editor, 3D modeler, 3D animator and photographer.

A highly motivated MULTI-MEDIA designer, passionate about design and exploring new ideas and technologies, I have 12 years full-time design experience in the internet/new media, print and video production industries and I’m still doing my side job at home with Photoshop, Fireworks, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Adobe Premiere, Apple Final Cut PRO and NewTek Ligthwave 3D on my 3 Apple Powermac G4s and a P4 PC. Because I’m just addicted to do all kind of CREATIVE WORKS! and it’s not all about the money I’ve made from the creative industries but it’s about a PRIDE, a PRIDE when other people see, enjoy and love my works.

My interest and background has always been in the multimedia & graphic design/website field. I feel I have a natural talent for design and will continue to pursue this line of work, while keeping up with the industry standards, and building my clientele to the point that will allow me to run a full time business from my home. I am highly organized, work well under strict deadlines, and will work my hardest to complete any job that is given to me until my client is completely satisfied.

(2004-Present) Creative Director Jakarta, INDONESIA
Full time creative worker for one of the biggest trading company in Indonesia based in North Jakarta as a Creative Director. In charge in developing high-level concepts for all kind of creative design projects, packaging concepts, new product prototypes and also involves working with internal and external clients like PERTAMINA, Carrefour Indonesia/International, Hypermart, Makro Indonesia, Giant and other suppliers related with the modern market products to develop their own private labels and other creative design projects for them.

Almost all of my design concepts and final artworks I’ve done for this company can be seen directly by millions of modern market consumers in all hyper stores and supermarket all over the country formed as packagings, products, in store video presentation and other artworks like billboards and posters. I’ve taken the advantages from this massive viewing directly by millions of the modern market consumers to improve my design concepts and skills to create even more attractive, innovative and creative artworks for my next projects ahead. Dealing with almost 4000 products and dozens of famous brands owned by this company has made me truly understand how to create really good design that WORKS for all my clients.

(2002 – Present) Freelance Digital Artist Jakarta, INDONESIA
Meet with various clients offline/online from all around the world and produce marketing items, online advertisements, print advertisements, TV advertisements, video music clips, 3d modeling, 3d animation, product designs,static websites and multimedia presentations on an ongoing basis.

(2004) Completed a short movie “Merah Putih” for GLOBAL TV Film Fistival
A very low budget action movie with full special effects, 3D objects and theme song make the movie seems expensive.

(2002-2004) 3D Modeler & Animator/ Video Editor Bandung, INDONESIA
Working at ASTA CREATIVE STUDIO, a production house company based in Bandung, INDONESIA. Involved with many music video clip making also many video projects for MTV ASIA as video editor. Making 3D animation for Wahana Perang Bintang, one of the most popular wahana in DUFAN ANCOL.

(2002) Completed a short movie “Jangan Datang Matahari” for SCTV Indie Film Fistival
Combination of 3D characters and real actrist using bluescreen technology.

(2001-2002) Multimedia Designer Jakarta, INDONESIA
Working at one of the biggest advertising company in Indonesia based in South Jakarta, CabeRawit Pariwara. Interactive CDROM Company Profile, creating a short projector bumper animation and illustration.

(1998 – 2001) Freelance Digital Artist Auckland, NEW ZEALAND
Part of my daily life while I was studying at Auckland University of Technology and National Multimedia & Design majoring Art & Design and also Multimedia.
